The Cologne Cathedral Paper editions of the year's issues 1842 to 1892 are completely digitalised (original images of all 2259 pages) to be found on the website of the university library of Heidelberg.
Digitalising the Cologne Cathedral paper is part of a special project: The university library is in charge of the “special concentration area of Middle and Modern art history until 1945 and general art science” , which is sponsored by the German Research Foundation (DFG). The trans-regional sustenance of literature is thereby to be supported: the university library of Heidelberg collects as possible all printed and electronic media to this field of expertise, in order that of every scientific publication at least one copy in printed form or alternatively digitalised is accessable on the internet.
