 Who belongs to the committee, which gathers regularly, is given reports by the president and secretary general, which confers and discusses and takes decisions?
It is these seven members of the ZDV-management board: President Michael H.G. Hoffmann and ZDV-Secretary General and CPA PhD Rüdiger Fuchs, bank director Heinz Berenbrok, merchant Franz Sauer, director general (retired) Leopold Schieble and architect Kaspar Kraemer. Also Cologne Cathedral master-builder craftswoman: Prof. Barbara Schock-Werner participates with unlimited suffrage in the meetings of the administrative board.
